YING ZHANG infrared gas sensor
The Yingzhang sensor consists of an infrared light source, an optical cavity, a detector, and a signal conditioning circuit, using imported detectors, including filters (gratings). Therefore, the Yingzhang sensor belongs to a non dispersive infrared gas sensor. It utilizes the absorption characteristics of gases in specific infrared spectra for concentration measurement, with good selectivity, no oxygen dependence, and poisoning of catalytic sensors. It has a long lifespan, high accuracy, and stable performance. This sensor has both analog and digital signal output interfaces, which can directly output gas concentration signals that have undergone linear processing and temperature compensation, making it easier to use.
This infrared sensor is independently developed by YINGZHANG Meters Co. Ltd.. By combining mature infrared absorption gas detection technology with micro mechanical processing, sophisticated circuit design, and intelligent software, a compact and high-performance infrared sensor has been designed and manufactured. This sensor is easy to operate, accurate in testing, and reliable in operation. It can be used in medical, environmental monitoring, ventilation systems, cold storage, and other places, and is suitable for different requirements such as industrial sites or laboratory measurements.
Calibration of infrared sensors
The sensor requires two point calibration. Firstly, the sensor module is calibrated and temperature compensated before leaving the factory. However, due to the irregular drift property of the sensor, users must adjust it to zero when using an infrared sensor. After integrating the system, calibrate the zero point with nitrogen and calibrate the range point with standard gas to ensure the accuracy of de range.

Ø Please use the sensor within the working voltage range of the sensor.
Ø Do not apply excessive mechanical force to the top of the sensor.
Ø Dustproof and waterproof to prevent the sensor from being immersed in water.
Ø It is prohibited to cut or directly weld sensor pins.
Ø Avoid collisions and high-altitude falls.
